Mortgage Loan Processor

We are looking for an experienced Loan Processor for our Mortgage Department in our Shawano office. Responsibilities include providing support to our Loan Officers and preparing loan documentation via EZ Lender software for residential, GRH and FHA loans in accordance with regulatory compliance as well as a variety of clerical duties associated with our mortgage department. Underwriting experience a plus.

Accounting Assistant 

Premier Community Bank is looking for an Accounting Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of routine clerical and accounting functions in accordance with standard procedures in the following areas: general bank accounting, accounts payable, loan accounting, bank account reconciliations and preparation of monthly financial reports.

Interested candidates should possess:

• An Accounting Associate Degree or working towards the degree

• Proficient in Word and Excel

• Excellent mathematical skills

• Ability to work independently, and maintain a positive, service-oriented attitude.

This position will assist in managing an existing loan portfolio as well as promoting and developing new business relationships.    Requirements include an outgoing personality, a customer-satisfaction focus, a thorough understanding of agribusiness and commercial business operations and current compliance regulations, five years+ experience as a lender and a bachelor’s degree in business/finance.

Varied-time Customer Service Representative 

Premier Community Bank has an opportunity available for a Customer Service Representative in our Shawano office working 25-34 hours per week. Responsibilities include handling customer financial transactions in a professional, responsive and efficient manner, promoting bank products, as well as performing daily office operations. Computer knowledge, previous customer service and/or cash handling experience a plus, but willing to train. Interested applicants must have the availability to work Saturday mornings.
