Premier Community Bank Introduces Full-Time Fraud Specialist Role

Premier Community Bank is excited to introduce a full-time Fraud Specialist Customer Care position, a vital step in the bank’s mission to protect customers from fraud. Payton Zblewski, who began with the Bank in 2022 as a member of the Customer Care Team, has transitioned into this important new role.
Payton brings wide experience in fraud prevention. Before joining Premier Community Bank, she worked as a payment verification specialist, reviewing fraudulent orders and verifying customers. She also gained valuable insight into fraud prevention while working in a legal department at a credit union, fueling her passion for helping customers combat fraud.
In her new role as Fraud Specialist Customer Care, Payton actively monitors transactions for unusual activity, reviews fraud reports, and communicates with customers to secure their accounts. She tracks daily reports to identify potential issues and collaborates with branches to educate staff on the latest scams and fraud prevention techniques.
“Fraud prevention is critical to protecting our customers' hard earned money,” Payton said. “I’m committed to educating the community through presentations and outreach, so everyone can better safeguard themselves and their families. Fraud may not be a fun topic, but it’s an important one, and I’m proud to make a difference here at the Bank.”
