Leaves a legacy of service to customers and community
Lauri Baranczyk has announced her retirement from Premier Community Bank after nearly twenty years of service and over forty years in community banking.
“I’m looking forward to having more time to pursue my hobbies and spend time with family and friends,” explains Baranczyk. “I’m so grateful to all my customers, co-workers and friends for all the great memories.”
Baranczyk’s banking career began in 1978 at then Pulaski State Bank. In August 2001, she joined Premier Community Bank, when branch was first opened at its original location on Pulaski Street in Pulaski. In 2010 she took the reigns as manager of the Pulaski branch.
“Being a part of the community always meant pitching in with local events and fundraisers,” continues Baranczyk. “Our teams have been a part of so many events, but we have such wonderful memories of Pulaski’s Relay for life and, of course, Polka Days.”
Baranczyk served the Pulaski with excellence and has shown great dedication to Premier customers and employees alike. No matter the situation, she always worked to find the best solution to meet needs and improve the lives of the people she encountered.
“We will miss Lauri’s skill, dedication, and friendly personality,” said Premier Community Bank President Tom Pamperin. “She has done so much to help customers and help strengthen the community. We are proud of all she’s done and we’re thankful that she chose to be a part of the Premier family.”
