What are Loan eNotices?
Loan eNotices are secure, electronic versions of important loan related communications that replace the traditional paper notices you would normally receive in the mail. Instead of waiting for mail delivery, your notices are made available directly inside Online Banking.
You need to enroll in Loan eNotices through your Online Banking account, but once enrolled, you can conveniently view your notices in both Online Banking and the Premier Mobile Banking app. You’ll also receive an email alert whenever a new notice is ready.
Please note: After enrolled, you will no longer receive paper notices in the mail.

Get Started with Loan eNotices
How to Enroll in Loan eNotices and Access Them in Online Banking
To enroll in Loan eNotices, log into Online Banking and go to your Profile. Under Electronic Statements, click Edit, then change your Delivery Method from Paper to eNotices and save your changes.
To view your Loan eNotices in Online Banking, go to your Home screen and select your Loan Account. Click on Documents, then use the Document Type dropdown to select and open your eNotice.

How will I receive Loan eNotices?
What if I already signed up for eNotices in the past?
If you have previously enrolled in eNotices, there's nothing more you need to do. You can now view your loan doucments in both your Online Banking account and the Premier Mobile Banking app.
What if I am not enrolled in Online Banking?
You must have an Online Banking account to sign up for Loan eNotices.

What types of Loan eNotices can I get electronically?
Is there a fee for Loan eNotices?
No, Loan eNotices are a free service for all loan customers.
How do I enroll in Loan eNotices?
Follow these steps to get started:
- Log into your Online Banking account.
- Go to your Profile section.
- Click on Edit under Electronic Statements.
- Change your delivery method from Paper to eNotices for the loans you would like to receive electronically.
- Once enrolled, you can view your Loan eNotices in both Online Banking and the Premier Mobile Banking app.
How do I view my Loan eNotices in my Premier Mobile app?
After enrolling in eNotices through Online Banking, you can also view them in the Premier Mobile Banking App.
- Log in to the Mobile Banking App.
- Tap the More Menu.
- Select Statements & Documents.
- Choose your loan account.
- Tap the notice you would like to view.
Will I still receive notices in the mail after enrolling for Loan eNotices?
No. After enrolling, your notices will only be available electronically through Online Banking and the Premier Mobile Banking app.
