| Posted in Bank News

Premier Community Bank is excited to announce the promotion of three dedicated employees within its Retail department.  These changes reflect the Bank’s growth and commitment to advancing leadership from within.

“Premier Community Bank continues to grow not only in the markets we serve, but within the talented individuals who make up our team.  These promotions highlight our commitment to recognizing and developing our employees’ skills and leadership potential,” said Robin Christian, Senior Vice President of Retail.

Alisa Anderson – AVP Retail Services

Alisa Anderson has been promoted to Assistant Vice President of Retail Services and will now be working in this role full-time, previously serving as both AVP Retail Services and Pulaski Branch Manager.  In her new position, Alisa will focus on mentoring Branch Managers and working closely with Senior Vice President of Retail, Robin Christian, to enhance the Retail department.  Alisa joined Premier Community Bank in 2020.

“I’m excited to take on this role full-time and continue working closely with our talented Branch Managers to strengthen our Retail team,” said Anderson.

Rande Bakeberg – Pulaski Branch Manager

Rande Bakeberg, previously a Universal Banker at the Shawano Branch, has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Pulaski office.  Rande recently completed the Bank’s 18-month Branch Manager trainee program and is eager to lead the Pulaski office. This transition will occur over the coming months, with Rande working closely with Alisa to ensure a seamless handover.  Rande has been part of the Premier Community Bank family since 2018.

“I’m looking forward to leading the Pulaski team and building strong connections within the Pulaski community,” said Bakeberg.

Sheila Mroczynski – Winneconne Branch Manager

Sheila Mroczynski, formerly Assistant Branch Manager in Winneconne, has been promoted to Branch Manager of the Winneconne branch.  Sheila also completed the Branch Manager trainee program this summer and brings valuable experience and enthusiasm to her new leadership role.  She has been with Premier Community Bank since 2015.

“I am grateful to Tom Pamperin & Robin Christian for having faith in me to take on this role. I appreciate the guidance from my mentor, Mandy Zastrow, Fremont Branch Manager, to help me learn managerial responsibilities and how to be a positive leader. The Winneconne team has supported me throughout this adventure. I am thrilled to continue to collaborate with them to grow this branch.  It will be an exciting journey,” said Mroczynski.
