MARION, WI – Premier Community Bank is pleased to announce Tiffany Krueger as the recipient of the 2023 Diamond Award. Presented annually, the Diamond Award recognizes an employee who demonstrates the Bank’s core values: Serving, Loyalty, Teamwork, Listening, Trust, and Diversity of Thought. Tiffany has shown these values throughout her 12 years on the loan team, during which she has contributed as credit analyst, loan support team member, and most recently, as leader of the loan support team.
“Tiffany’s contributions to Premier Community Bank and her dedication to serving others truly represent the values we hold valuable,” said Tom Pamperin, President and CEO of Premier Community Bank.
Reflecting on her time with Premier Community Bank, Tiffany shared, “Not many can say they love their jobs. Being a team member at Premier Community Bank has been very rewarding! I’ve had the privilege of helping customers, from securing their first vehicle to supporting business growth. It’s incredible to be part of such impactful moments.”
The Diamond Award also comes with a $1,000 donation in Tiffany’s honor to a cause of her choice. She selected the Marion School District, where the funds helped offset the cost of a presentation by mental health speaker Reggie Dabbs. This program served both the High School and Elementary School, addressing mental health challenges that many face silently. “I wanted the donation to make a wide-reaching impact.” Tiffany explained. “After discussing ideas with the Marion High School Principal and district administrators, we felt this initiative would benefit as many students and faculty members as possible.”
