MARION, WI – Volunteering and serving our communities are at the heart of Premier Community Bank’s values. Each year, our employees dedicate their time and energy on “MAD Day,” which stands for “Make A Difference” Day, to support the communities where we live and work. Held annually on the second Monday in October to coincide with Columbus Day/Indigenous Peoples Day, MAD Day gives Premier Community Bank an opportunity to create positive change locally while our offices are closed.
“We’re incredibly proud of our employees for their commitment to giving back,” said Robin Christian, Senior Vice President of Retail at Premier Community Bank. “MAD Day is a special opportunity for our team to connect with our communities and truly make a difference. The impact of our work goes beyond this day; it’s about building relationships and supporting organizations that strengthen our community all year long.”
This year’s MAD Day on October 14th saw an incredible response, with 88 employees contributing a total of 472 volunteer hours across 18 organizations. Each branch selected meaningful community organizations where our employees could provide hands-on assistance.
